1. Company Structure & Ownership
Gaia Peptides is a research-focused brand operating under Gaia Supplements.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to formulations, delivery systems, processes, product designs, trademarks, and branding, are owned by Diomede Sciences Intl A.G. and are licensed for use by Gaia Supplements.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any proprietary materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Product Classification & Intended Use
All products supplied by Gaia Peptides are designated strictly as research-grade materials.
By purchasing from Gaia Peptides, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that: - All products are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research use.
- Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, including but not limited to ingestion, injection, topical application, or clinical use.
- Products shall not be used in any manner that contravenes applicable laws, regulations, or guidance.
The purchaser assumes full responsibility for ensuring appropriate use of all products.
3. Purchaser Eligibility
By placing an order, the purchaser warrants and represents that:
- They are at least 18 years of age.
- They are a qualified professional, researcher, or acting on behalf of a legitimate research institution or organisation.
- They possess the requisite knowledge, expertise, and facilities to safely handle and utilise research compounds.
Gaia Peptides reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify purchaser credentials and to refuse or cancel any order where such criteria are not satisfactorily met.
4. Manufacturing Standards
All peptides supplied by Gaia Peptides are manufactured within the United Kingdom in facilities operating in accordance with European Union Good Manufacturing Practice (EU GMP) standards.
Such standards ensure appropriate levels of quality assurance, process control, traceability, and batch consistency. However, GMP compliance does not imply suitability for any use beyond research applications.
5. Testing, Batch Verification & Certificates of Analysis (COA)
All peptide batches are subject to internal quality control procedures and analytical verification prior to release.
- A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is generated for each batch manufactured - Each COA verifies purity, identity, and batch consistency in accordance with internal testing protocols.
- All COAs are published and made accessible via the Gaia Peptides website, corresponding to each batch produced, ensuring transparency and traceability - Analytical data is provided strictly for research and informational purposes.
While Gaia Peptides implements robust quality control systems, the purchaser acknowledges that such data does not replace independent validation where required for specific research applications.
6. Order Acceptance & Right of Refusal
Gaia Peptides reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Refuse, cancel, or limit any order.
- Restrict sales to approved individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.
- Request additional information regarding purchaser identity or intended use. No obligation is placed on Gaia Peptides to provide justification for such decisions.
7. Compliance
The purchaser bears sole responsibility for ensuring that:
- The purchase, importation, possession, and use of products complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Products are utilised exclusively within legally authorised research environments Gaia Peptides shall not be liable for any regulatory breaches committed by the purchaser.
8. Handling, Storage & Laboratory Use
The purchaser agrees to:
- Handle all products in accordance with recognised laboratory safety protocols and best practices.
- Store products under conditions appropriate to maintain integrity and stability - Ensure that all personnel handling products are suitably trained and qualified.
Failure to adhere to proper handling and storage procedures may compromise product integrity and is undertaken at the purchaser’s risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Gaia Peptides and Gaia Supplements shall not be liable for:
- Any misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised application of products - Any use outside the defined scope of laboratory research.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Loss of research data, loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage.
All products are supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gaia Peptides and Gaia Supplements against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Improper or unlawful use of products
- Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with Gaia Peptides remains the property of Diomede Sciences Intl A.G. and is licensed to Gaia Supplements.
No licence, right, or interest is granted to the purchaser except for the limited right to use products for legitimate research purposes in accordance with these Terms.
12. Amendments
Gaia Peptides reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued purchase or use of products constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
